Please also note that the practice is closed for training on the third Thursday of most months from 12.15pm until 5.00pm.
We are a six-doctor group practice operating from Ann Street Health Centre, Denton.
The practice team consists of six doctors, one GP registrar, two nurse practitioners, four practice nurses, one assistant practitioner, one health care assistant, one phlebotomist and seventeen reception/administration staff, including a practice manager and a practice development manager.
We have attached district nurses, midwives, and health visitors.
There is full access for disabled patients within the health centre with all surgery rooms located on the ground floor.
The practice currently has around 13,500 registered patients but we still welcome new patients onto our list. Click here for more information.
