Please also note that the practice is closed for training on the third Thursday of most months from 12.15pm until 5.00pm.

Prescriptions.

Once you are on regular medication your prescription will be entered onto the computer as a repeat prescription. Please use the computer slip that comes attached to your prescription to re-order.

Alternatively please speak to your usual pharmacist about signing up for electronic prescriptions. For more information please click here.

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in person or in writing. If you wish to attach a stamped self-addressed envelop to your re-order form we will post the prescription back to you when it is ready.

Please allow 2 working days before your prescription is ready (see the table below), and try to collect your prescription after 10.30am when the practice is likely to be less busy.

Please note that we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone. This is in order to minimize the likelihood of mistakes occurring.
