Please also note that the practice is closed for training on the third Thursday of most months from 12.15pm until 5.00pm.
Telephone Advice.
Please telephone 320 3131 and select option 1 for telephone advice during normal surgery hours.
Not all medical conditions require a face-to-face consultation. Similarly, queries regarding medication or test results are often easily dealt with over the phone.
If you feel that you require telephone advice, please contact reception on the above number. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible regarding your query, which will help her deal with your request in the most appropriate and timely manner.
The receptionist will be able to either redirect your call to the most appropriate member of the team, or will add your details to the doctor's or nurse’s appointment list for a telephone consultation. The doctor or nurse will then phone you back.
Please only phone for test results and prescription queries after 10.30am when the phones are usually less busy.
