OBTAIN REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS?

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in person or in writing.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE due to the number of patients on repeat medication and to avoid any mistakes. Once you are on regular medication your prescription will be put on the computer. Please use the computer slip to re-order your prescriptions. We require 48 hours' notice for repeat prescriptions (not including weekends).Please collect after 10.30am.
